I definitely appreciate the frequent readers and the feedback that I get on my blog. I don't really write it for notoriety, but rather to entertain and not feel so distant from the Western World. Grandma Shannon's Mac & Cheese Plus A Little Extra Yumminess

I made Grandma Shannon's delicious mac & cheese this sunday.  Sharp cheddar and some aged white cheddar made it deeeeeeeeeeeeeelicious.  Then to top it off I mixed in some grilled sausage.  It was quite delicious.
